The Flyers Youth 2013 hockey club is part of the Flyers Youth organization, based at the Flyers Training Center in Voorhees, NJ. The organization is dedicated to the pursuit of athletic excellence and good sportsmanship on and off the ice by all club members. Because of this, for the second year in a row, the Flyers Youth 2013 team has partnered with the Mena Singer Foundation. The foundation was founded by Mena’s two sons after she passed from breast cancer. They wanted to keep kids in the sport they loved while going through the financial hardships that a cancer diagnosis can bring.
